Founder of Business Advisory Service Ltd, Mark is a serial entrepreneur with longstanding interests and experience in energy and commercial services. Mark was recognised in 2018 as one of Grant Thornton’s 100 Faces of a Vibrant Economy for his keen sense of purpose, innovation and growth within his industry.
Bradley Wingrave
CEO
Bradley brings over a decade of experience as MD at Business Advisory Service Ltd to his role as founder and CEO at Smarter Business. As a successful multi-entrepreneur, his background is indicative of a longstanding commitment to the streamlined operations of businesses in the UK and beyond.
Helen Grove
Managing Director
Helen brings a wealth of industry experience. She has worked in the energy sector for over 27 years – 15 years of which were spent with E.ON UK where she started as a multi-site executive, relationship manager, and progressed to become Head of SME TPI Sales.
Brett Gray
Managing Director (SA)
Brett brings over 15 years’ experience in running call centres, managing sales, special projects and marketing teams from South Africa to the UK. Brett’s entrepreneurial flair played a significant role in the success of Business Advisory Service, and he continues to add enormous value to the success of Smarter Business.
Ed Walker
Finance Director
Ed is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record of managing the finance function, working as part of senior management teams to shape the strategic direction of businesses and leading change management processes.
Marc Brooker
Operations Director
Joining the business in 2010, Marc diligently ran our sales divisions for a number of years before integrating himself in the business' overall operations. In becoming Operations Director in 2021, he has instrumented key optimisations to business processes and helped navigate various postpandemic challenges.
