Mark was recognised in 2018 as one of Grant Thornton’s 100 Faces of a Vibrant Economy for his keen sense of purpose, innovation and growth within his industry.

Helen Grove
Helen brings a wealth of industry experience. She has worked in the energy sector for over 17 years – 15 years of which were spent with E.ON UK where she started as a multi-site executive, relationship manager, and progressed to become Head of SME TPI Sales.

Andrew Taylor
Andrew Taylor has a distinguished career in the energy sector, including roles at economy power and Powergen. The acquisition of Powergen by E.ON saw Andy head up the newly re-launched Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) channel within the SME area. He was recruited by npower as Head of Indirect Sales in July 2014.

Bradley brings over a decade of experience as MD at Business Advisory Service Ltd to his role as founder and CEO at Smarter Business. As a successful multi-entrepreneur, his background is indicative of a longstanding commitment to the streamlined operations of businesses in the UK and beyond.

Ed is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record of managing the finance function, working as part of senior management teams to shape the strategic direction of businesses and leading change management processes.

Brett brings over 15 years’ experience in running call centres, managing sales, special projects and marketing teams from South Africa to the UK. Brett’s entrepreneurial flair played a significant role in the success of Business Advisory Service, and he continues to add enormous value to the success of Smarter Business.

Matthew Margetts
Matthew joined the SB Group in 2018, bringing experience in media and technology spanning more than 25 years. His background includes working for blue-chip companies such as AppNexus, AOL/ Verizon, and Microsoft in the UK, Far East and Australia.
