TELCA Awards 2019: Tim Sealy-Fisher a Finalist for Industry Expert

The TELCA Awards 2019 – Tim Sealy-Fisher, Head of Key Accounts at Smarter Business at Smarter Business, was recently made a finalist for the Industry Expert award.

The TELCA Awards have become a highlight of the energy industry’s calendar each year – and this year was no exception. Held at the Institute of Engineering and Technology on 26 June, this year’s exclusive, black-tie award ceremony was followed by an after-party and river cruise on The Silver Sturgeon.

As the TELCA Awards grow in popularity, so the competition becomes increasingly formidable – and Smarter Business’s Tim Sealy-Fisher has earned his place as one of this year’s industry expert finalists.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Tim has driven many innovations within Smarter Business. These have provided exceptional value to the group’s customers and employees in equal measure. This prestigious award is due recognition to a key player in the industry – and Tim’s dedication and involvement in the industry has an impact on all he encounters. “Quite frankly, I don’t know what we would do without him,” said Smarter Business CEO, Brad Wingrave.

His expertise has informed many of the service offerings at Smarter Business, from procurement to customer communications, and he has identified and secured notable savings for customers within his holistic model. Tim’s far-reaching knowledge, supplier relationships, and innovative approach to savings are underscored by both a profound business and market understanding. As a result, over the past four years, Tim has secured cheaper prices than wholesale day-ahead prices within a volatile market, saving his individual portfolio of customers over £1 million in energy whilst monitoring and making recommendations throughout their utilities.
