The much-anticipated 2019 TELCA Awards were presented at the Institute of Engineering and Technology followed by an after party and river cruise on the Silver Sturgeon. With the award holding a place of prestige within the energy industry, this black-tie occasion sought to reward key players in the industry for excellence in their respective fields. Amidst strong competition, Smarter Business Group was made a finalist in this year’s Best Customer Service Award (SME).

This year’s TELCA judges were looking for an energy consultancy with a formidable customer service approach within the SME category. From customer service systems and platforms to innovation around technology, Smarter Business’s truly customer-centred approach won recognition at this year’s award ceremony – backed up by a number of customer service achievements within the industry.
